Effective date: 11 June 2026. Welcome to arunkubasad.com (the "Site"), operated by Arun Kubasad ("I", "me", "my"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What this Site is

This Site is an informational portfolio showcasing my product design work, with ways to contact me and book a call. It is not an offer to enter a contract, and the case studies are illustrative - not guarantees of results.

2. Engagements are governed separately

Any actual design work is governed by a separate written agreement - a proposal, statement of work, or contract - between you and me. Nothing on this Site, including booking a call, creates a client relationship on its own.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site - text, case studies, visuals, branding, and layout - is owned by me or used with permission and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view it and link to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it commercially without my written permission. Client work shown here is published with permission; some details are omitted under confidentiality.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the Site - including attempting to breach its security, scraping it at scale, disrupting it, or using it for anything unlawful.

5. Third-party links and tools

The Site links to third-party services such as Cal.com and LinkedIn. I'm not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. I don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all information is complete or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the current Terms.
